Bitcoin operation opens near airport
EAST WENATCHEE — A steady hum, like a million bees, fills the air outside of five warehouse-like buildings, each with its own transformer.
It doesn’t seem like much, but this is a brand new Bitcoin mining center, located near Pangborn Memorial Airport. The mining center is owned and operated by Chinese company Bitmain.
