F2100 Neo Rip Demo Problems with DTG Mart All American

We purchased a new F2100 and are testing out various rips to find our best solution. We long used NeoRip because we had a Neoflex for the last 7 years. I bought the $100 demo and have already had to spend a couple of hours on the phone with DTG Mart (All American). They sent me the dongle but no download URL. Then they didn’t provide a CD key. Then the registration says it expired in 2015. They managed to kind of get around that by sending some environmental variable templates but now its banding vertically and horizontally and they’re telling me its because of a watermark the software manufacturer puts in. They called me yesterday morning and told me they would send me a new cd key asap….well I’m still waiting.
I don’t have confidence that these guys know what they’re doing but SUPPOSIDELY they ship hundreds of these demo’s. Anyone have any idea how I can try out this software or should I just chuck it and get my $100 back?
