During this last boring day of the week, the market saw all indices go down.

At the closure of the market session, S&P fell 0.5%, NASDAQ -1.4% and Dow Jones Industrial Average lost -0.5%.



After the nightmare lived last Thursday tech stocks were still in shock. In a market session that saw Snap leading the loss falling more than 8%.

All the other player from chipset to big tech were mainly in negative: AMD (+1.57%) and the tech were mainly down with Amazon (-1.40%), Google (-0.93%), Meta (-2.17%), Microsoft (-0.94%), Netflix (-3.90%), Snap (-8.62%), Paypal (-4.39%), Twitter -1.11%.

Materials encountered a big stop on their road since BLL (Ball Corporation) fell 6.37% after the suspension of its work in Russia and difficulties experienced in the Brazilian market. RBC in a note said that they had to cut the price target from 100$ to 81$ due to the struggle that the company has on the market.

The clothing company Under Armor (-23%) reported a severe loss and guidance that fell short of estimates. Additional threats are presented from the stop in China which continues to weigh on supplying.

The energy sector ended the day in green discounting the news that oil prices went up thanks to OPEC planning to increase production by 432,000 barrels per day. 

BP reported a +2.05%, Baker Hughes (+0.34%), APA(+6.80%), Devon Energy Corporation (+3.78%) Schlumberger NV (+2.26%), Halliburton (+1.80%).

The financial sector was brought down with the rest of the market. 

Visa (-1.18%), American Express (-2.26%), JPMorgan Chase (-0.16%), and Goldman Sachs (-0.04%), Morgan Stanley (-0.84%).

The air-travel companies as well performed quite badly: Boeing gained around -1.04%, United Airlines stock (-2.82%), Alaska Air Group (-1.80%), and American Airlines (-3.78%).
